Shramkart connects ITI holders, machine operators and helpers with verified factories. Workers pay nothing, and the wage on the offer is the wage that reaches the worker.

How it works

For workers

  1. Register with your mobile number, in your language.
  2. Add your trade and ITI certificate. We check it.
  3. See in-hand pay, shifts and hostel before you apply.
  4. Apply straight to the factory. No fee, no agent.

For factories

  1. Register with your GSTIN.
  2. Wait for verification. Jobs go live only after it.
  3. Post openings and search the worker directory.
  4. Hire directly and pay the full wage.
